These terms apply when you use kamaldipsingh.com. By using this site, you agree to them. In these terms, “I”, “me” and “my” mean Kamaldip Singh, REALTOR®, a salesperson registered with LPT Realty, Brokerage in Ontario.

No Agreement by Using This Site

Using this site, downloading a guide or contacting me doesn’t create a client relationship. If you choose to work with me as a client, we’ll sign a written agreement first, as required in Ontario.

This site is not intended to solicit buyers or sellers currently under contract with a brokerage.

Property searches open on a separate website run by a third-party provider. Listing details come from other sources and may change or contain errors. Confirm any listing information before you rely on it.

Please don’t misuse this site. That includes trying to break or overload it, submitting false information through its forms, or using it to send spam.
